David Sloan, Chief Executive Officer

David Sloan has been in gaming for over 30 years and 25 years specifically in slot route/video gaming operations. His experience encompasses operations, regulatory, accounting/finance, market development and executive management. Working with regulators and licensors in various markets and consistently produces targeted results exceeding company business plans. Experienced in working with and creating the right team of people to achieve the desired results. He helped build numerous gaming companies with significant value to their shareholders. He began his gaming career as an agent with the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Then served as a senior consultant/accountant at KPMG Peat Marwick. He has held multiple gaming licenses and holds a bachelor’s in science in Accounting from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas, Nevada. Certified Public Accountant in both Nevada and Illinois.

Dean Martin, Chief Operating Officer

Dean Martin serves as the Chief Operating Officer at ARC, where he oversees Field Services, Logistics, and Product Development. Previously, from 2016 to 2021, Dean was Chief Technology Officer at VSR Industries, where he led efforts that doubled the company’s sales from $20 million to over $43 million and established a business line generating $65 million over five years. He also directed gaming machine certification initiatives with Underwriters Laboratories (UL), BMM Testlabs (BMM), and Gaming Labs International (GLI). Prior to this, Dean was CEO of Best Gaming, LLC, where he expanded operations from 90 to 300 locations. At GTSource, Inc., as CEO, he achieved a 31% sales increase through strategic partnerships. Earlier in his career, as Executive Vice President of Cadillac Jack, Inc., Dean managed manufacturing, sales, and field service with a $7 million budget. Dean is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Master’s in Technology Management from Georgia Tech and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering Technology from the Southern College of Technology.

Daniel Davila, Chief Revenue Officer

Daniel Davila joined ARC in September 2024 as the Company’s Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to ARC, Danny served in a similar role with PDS Gaming, a gaming finance and gaming route company. Danny was the Founder and President of Poydras Gaming Finance Corporation, the predecessor company to Integrity Gaming, a gaming machine route company with approximately 2,700 games on route. Danny co-founded Poydras Street Finance Corp., a private equity firm focused on making investments in the gaming sector, and was also a founder of Foundation Gaming Group, a leading gaming management boutique. Danny is a veteran gaming entrepreneur and was an award-winning Wall Street research analyst focusing on the gaming and leisure industries. Danny has B.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas and an M.B.A from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.

Art Hamilton, Chief Financial Officer

Art Hamilton is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of transformative leadership across the gaming, technology, entertainment, and financial services industries. With deep expertise in corporate finance, M&A, IPO execution, financial reporting, and operational turnaround, Art has held C-suite roles and strategic advisory positions in high-growth startups, private equity-backed ventures, and publicly traded companies. Art currently serves as a Board Member and Advisor at Peak Interactive N.V., a global online gaming brand operating under a Curacao license and powered by Playtech PLC. In this role, he provides strategic guidance on financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and commercial partnerships. Previously, Art was Chief Financial Officer and Acting Chief Operating Officer at PlayUp USA, a global sports betting company based in Sydney, Australia. He also served as Chief Financial and Administration Officer at GameCo LLC, a pioneering startup in the slot manufacturing space. Earlier in his career, Art was Chief Financial Officer at NYX Gaming Group (now Light & Wonder Digital), where he led over $700 million in acquisitions, completed a public offering, and raised $575 million through a blend of debt and equity to fund 11 acquisitions in just 18 months. Art holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Baltimore. He is a CPA (Inactive) in Nevada and Maryland, and has passed Level I of the CFA Exam.

Anna Madrigal-Mueller, Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Anna brings a rich background in marketing and communications from her previous roles including business development at Fortune 500 company Kimberly-Clark, and Emmy nominated production during her tenure at CNN. At Kimberly-Clark, she contributed to the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, enhancing brand presence and driving consumer engagement across diverse markets. During her time at CNN, Anna was instrumental in shaping content strategies and managing production initiatives that elevated the network’s brand visibility and audience reach. Anna’s career boasts two decades of leveraging her expertise to lead strategic marketing projects, optimize digital strategies, and drive business growth. Her experience across these prominent organizations partnered with her 25-year Georgia residency make her an exceptional fit for leading ARC Gaming and Technologies’ marketing efforts.
